• By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook including the rules located at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook can't be held liable for this promotion.
• The Promoter of this campaign is B&B Tractors.
• Entry is open to any genuine customer within a 30 mile radius of any of our depots, except employees of B&B Tractors, their families, agents of any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
• To be eligible to enter the promotion, entrants must add a comment or like the promotion post on our Facebook page.
• The promotion period runs from and to the date stated on the post (“Closing Date"). Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for this promotion.
• The prize is a selection of branded merchandise material and a grease gun with a retail value of over £85. Specific items in the pack may differ from those shown in the promotional material. B&B Tractors reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
• B&B Tractors reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond B&B Tractors control makes it necessary to do so.
• B&B Tractors reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• A winner will be drawn at random using Fanpage Karmas "Good Luck Fairy" as soon as reasonably possible after the closing date.
• Winners will be notified via Facebook within 14 days of the draw taking place. Winners are expected to collect their prize from their local B&B Tractors branch. If collection is not possible delivery can be arranged at winners cost.
• The decision of B&B Tractors regarding which entries are selected as successful is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. B&B Tractors reserves the right to refuse entry.
• B&B Tractors reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, B&B Tractors, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the successful entrants or accept and liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entry, except where is is caused by negligence of behalf of B&B Tractors, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The selection of successful entries will be governed by UK law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
