Overview

Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your ability to manage tasks efficiently will ensure top-tier aftersales service and support. As a key player in our service department, you will proactively address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction through clear communication, quick responses, and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • - Deliver exceptional aftersales support, maintaining high standards of customer care.
  • - Communicate proactively with customers to build and strengthen relationships.
  • - Work closely with the Service Manager and Service Administrator.
  • - Assist in managing service department efficiency, including labour allocation and job scheduling.
  • - Monitor and maintain service timescales to maximise profitability and meet SLAs.
  • - Embrace and utilise the latest technology to enhance department performance.

Skills & Experience
  • - Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • - Ability to work under pressure and motivate a team.
  • - Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • - IT and business system literacy with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • - Basic technical knowledge of agricultural machinery is advantageous but not essential.
