Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance & Sales Administrator to join our team at the Fauld Depot. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a background in finance who also enjoys working within a sales environment.

Primary Responsibilities – Asset Finance

  • Act as the key point of contact for customers' financing needs when purchasing machinery.
  • Obtain competitive finance quotes and liaise with finance companies to facilitate deals.
  • Visit customers to finalise finance agreements and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • While based at Fauld, you will occasionally travel to our other depots to support customers.

Secondary Responsibilities – Sales Administration

  • Maintain and update sales opportunities and orders on our CRM system.
  • Ensure all sales leads and customer enquiries are effectively passed on and followed up.
  • Assist with follow-up calls and manage the Customer Satisfaction process for all brands.
  • Maintain sales data in our DMS system and monitor manufacturer claims and KPIs.
  • Full training will be provided for this aspect of the role, which is depot-based.

  • Experience in asset finance or a related financial role (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in developing and growing our finance services.

Working from our Fauld depot (DE13 9HS), B&B Tractors are recruiting for a Valtra and Manitou Sales Specialist.

The role involves promoting and selling these fantastic brands to the customers in your assigned territory. The territory available stretches from Nottingham and over towards the M6, covering areas from Wolverhampton to Newcastle-under-Lyme and Nottingham to Tamworth. You will be required to visit customers in your territory, to understand their needs and promote both our business and yourself in a positive manor. You will be required to work closely with existing sales colleagues and the Dealer Principal. Sales targets will be set to achieve market share in your territory and expand your customer base.

Candidate Requirements

The potential candidate will ideally have experience working as a sales representative and an agricultural background, however full training will be given to the successful applicant.

The role demands a self-motivated person who can work alone but can also adopt the ethos of the group sales team. A positive attitude, honest and friendly character is of high importance for this role.

The remuneration package includes a basic salary plus excellent commission incentive, company vehicle and other benefits.
